Will yearwood apple tree cuttings that i have successfully rooted go on to produce fruit

They will fruit. Your problem will be that an apple tree on its own roots may grow very large before fruiting. This is the reason they are usually grafted onto rootstocks. The type of rootstock determines the final size of the tree.
  • Thanks for the answer, now then, so these small cuttings can't be used as a root stocks,
but would they behave as one if i bud grafted onto them off the same donor tree
(question mark key not working).I have also done the same with pear and plum,so
will i have the same problem.Whats the best way to grow root stocks, can trees grown
    from pips be root stocks.

No point grafting off of the same donor tree. The top and root will still be the same genetic material as if you left it alone.   The rootstock determines the size. The top graft determines the fruit type.  You can buy rootstocks from specialist nurseries. Look for those designated MM eg MM106.

Plants grown from pips can be very variable, even if all the pips come from the same apple. You have no way of knowing whether it will stop at a few feet or go for fifty.
