Well Lyn has advised to leave them for a bit, so I'm unsure. With other seedlings I usually wait until they have at least one pair of true leaves before I pot them up. I imagine any small plant pot would do, and keep them outdoors somewhere sheltered while they grow bigger. Hellebore babies are new to me too. Let's wait and see what @Lyn says 😊
I am never in a rush to prick any seedlings out, I like them to be well established seedlings that I know will withstand their roots being tampers with, I would wait until they have a good sized second real leaf before disturbing them. I still have mine in pots, in the greenhouse that I grew last year, I will plant them out in June. I would prick out when they look like this

I would be inclined to leave them for a while. If you get seeds this year scatter them so you can just leave them to grow, most plants do best like that.
