I suspect these plugs are the size of a little finger nail. also called postiplugs. They may be OK if you have a greenhouse to grow them on.

I was going to buy pelargonium seeds from T & M which were reasonably good-priced. When I got the invoice I found out the seeds were two years old, which is a bit aged for geranium. I think there should be a rule stating how old seeds are before we buy them (well, I gave up anyway...).

Hi Fidgetbones. I have no idea but, as I run past a local nursery where I live on my weekly runs I see  busy Lizzie plug plants which as you say are very small. A greenhouse might not be warm enough for storing them if not heated at the moment. After propagating in my garage under grow lights  I have all my petunia, lobelia, cosmos, zinnia, Salvia in the house in my utility room in front of a large window which is always about 18 degrees. To soon to stick em in the greenhouse yet.

Obviously if your buying in plants now a warm place to keep them until the weather warms up a bit will be necessary.

The offer is good but when you add postage it's not so good.
