Strawberries

I would like to ask opinion on strawberry, would you say growing in greenhouse or outside would give  best results.

    It depends where you are.

    Then they'll be fine in the ground if your prepare it well but you could also plant a few in the greenhouse to get some early fruits.

    I have to grow all mine in the GH very wet and windy here, they’re planted in 10” pots, and do very well, they’ve a long fruiting season,you can keep an eye on slugs.
    this week I’ve been stripping them down to bare roots, checking for vine weevil and re potting.

    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
