    I find this all very confusing. Some plants die back completely so you cut them to the ground. Some look like they've died back completely but grow again from old growth so you don't cut them down to the ground. Some hide as bulbs and some flower in the snow- although it is confusing to us Noobs it's still Brillllliiiiiannnnt!

    It must be confusing if you're trying to take it all in at once, I absorbed a lot of it through my childhood
