    This is just an information thread @SilviSherr. For advice on a specific subject , it's best to start a thread with your query. 
    However, in my opinion, no - they aren't great for many seeds because they break down. Not all seeds germinate, grow and get planted out  quickly.

    Go into your profile @sue83helen , click the little purple icon on the page to edit the profile, and you should get a selection of options including one which says change your picture, and follow that info  :)

    I, personally, can't see the point of making your profile Private.... If you don't want people to read it, don't fill it in....simples.
