Sweet pea help

  • My sweet pea seedlings are starting to turn yellow.  They are still in pots and just taking them out of a cold frame.  Why is this happening please?

What do they look like, what are they growing in, and when did you sow them?
If they're yellow, they're probably needing potted on or planted in their final positions. Ideally they should be sown in pots where there is good depth too, not seed trays.

They should be outside during the day by now if they've been sown undercover, and getting hardened off.

Mine were mostly sown end of March [undercover]  are about a couple of  inches tall, and have been outside completely for the last week, having been outside through the day once they're germinated and grown a little. I only protect from rough weather [wet and windy] at this time of year until they're a bit bigger and going into their final places.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
