Those lupins need to be potted up separately into small pots then potted on, keep in sheltered spot and plant out next year in May. They will need winter protection for the first year. How many pansies are in that tray, if they are not big plants, say six in the tray, you will need to pot those on as well. I can’t see if they are plants or seedlings.

Yes pot them on again when they are ready, tips on if they are ready to pot on - roots coming through the hole at the base of the pot or gentle tip the plant out and look at the roots that way.
