Indoor plant leaves damage - diagnosishih?

Hi,

my plant is not looking well all the leaves are damage with brown spot and even broken. I was thinking that it was underwatered but now I'm actually thinking if I'm not overwatering it? Does someone recognise the synptoms?

Roots aren't rotten though imageimageimage

And  does someone know the name of this plant? I lost the tag...

    Hello Agathe

    Looks like a form of Dieffenbachia oerstedii ; leaf damage could be too dry an atmosphere . A tropical genus , they appreciate dappled light levels , warmth and high humidity .

    Regular spraying with soft water may help alleviate the problem .
