Where to plant a cherry, apple and Libernum tree?

I was hoping to plant all three trees on the top slope on the left hand side of this picture (i.e. Out of sight but wanted to indicate placing) I'd like to keep them close to the wall so as not to block the sun from the top patio but how close to the wall can I go? Will the be ok together? They are all around 2m at the moment.
