Fenugreek & Fennel for growing for seeds & peanuts

I was just wondering
Which varieties of Fennel is suitable growing for seed for cooking?
Which is the best variety of Fenugreek is suitable growing for seed & where is best place to get it?
This one may be a bit more difficult where to get Peanuts suitable for growing?

You want the herb-type fennel for seeds for cooking ... it's a biennial so it will produce seeds in its second year.
A friend buys Mr Fothergills's sprouting fenugreek seeds for producing sprouts ... I presume these would continue on to produce seed eventually if you grew it appropriately, but I've never tried.
I used to buy peanuts in their shells from a greengrocer for growing ... haven't seen them for a few years ... you may have to shop around at small independent greengrocers.
