last year I got free with an order 25 freesia corms, unfortunately I totally forgot them& found them in the cellar yesterday in their box, very dry, have I kil them? What & when is the best thing to do with them?

Sorry have somehow posted in tools& techniques, this phone has seizures!
Thank you, I had no success with even getting them yo flower last year so I dumped those bulbs! Will have s ho, tho I think I'll wait til later in s as its below freezing here at the moment!
