When to plant?
in Plants
I bought some a couple of hardy geraniums and a pulmonaria today - reduced end of season stuff - but I'm not sure when to plant them.
Is it best to keep them in their pots until the weather warms up? Maybe plant them in March? The pulmonaria (Raspberry Splash) flowers in March so I don't want to leave it too long before they reach the flower bed.

As long as the ground's not frosty I'd get them planted and give them a nice mulch of compost or similar

Great, thanks. It doesn't look like there should be any frosts for the next week so I'll pop them in the ground when it stops raining. I'm excited to get them in - they're very welcome additions!
I have got loads of stuff to do in the garden, yeah WHEN it stops raining!
