What’s wrong with my cactus?

I am not sure whether this is due to over watering and what I can do to fix it quickly

Your cactus looks OK to me ; kept quite dry but in a bright place for the winter it shouldn't pose any problems ; on the cool side might I add .
The natural 'stress marks' on the epidermis are normal for this time of year . I have an extensive collection , all of which are kept cool and bone dry from early October until early April !
