As Xmas is here and the decorations will be going up for most of us, here is a wee photo of the last thing that many an Xmas bauble may see before it dies - unless it's the very waggy tail of our Labrador.

Love that @Obelixx. We put our tree in the sitting room as the cats (Chief Inspector George and Detective Inspector Charlie) aren’t allowed in there without supervision - we will see what occurs this year (now they are twice the size!)...
When our two were teeny babies 2 years ago we had a small tree up on a table but, even so, Cosmos managed to get up tere and "explore" it. Last year, 16 and 20 months old respectively, we had a bigger tree and all but one lost bauble was a waggy tail victim. This year the tree will be taller still but I have taken to making felt decorations which are unbreakable so will be hung in paw and tail range.

Season’s Greetings to all cat lovers. My indoor boys had a trauma yesterday morning as a ginger tom was calling and wailing outside and it must have spooked them into fighting each other I think. Charlie must have been hurt (?had tail bitten) and he made an almighty fuss and they have had to have time-out in separate rooms etc. since as still some signs of fear and aggression. Very upsetting as never seen them behave like that before. Those puffed-up tails and growls are quite scary! Been doing gradual and supervised re-introduction and they currently both asleep in same room at least!
Aunty Rach That is so sad to hear but your boys look like they’ve made up now thank god. My tribe had a nice Xmas day and got a great picture of Thomas Shelby lol x
