A little cultivation competition

Would anybody be interested in seeing who could get storecupboard culinary seeds to germinate and grow?

This would be open to all gardeners who have a windowsill.

Such as what B3? I have sage, parsley, chives and basil dried in jars in the store cupboard.

Dried marrowfat peas can be sprouted and grown on windowsills to provide pea shoots for salads.

Problem is, my bright windowsills are full of herb pots and pots of bulbs.

I'll try some cumin and maybe there's some coriander. I think the juniper would be best outside if you're going to try that.

I have a large Ferero Roche box,  with the plastic insert still intact, which has somehow become empty. That will be my greenhouse.
