We have a miniature rose,which is now in bud. Will it flower again in the summer? Thanks,

It should do. Is it in the ground or a container or an indoor pot? If ground give it a feed and mulch in Spring, if container try to keep it safe from hard or prolonged frost in a porch or unheated greenhouse or coldframe and if indoors keep it as cool and bright but not sun as you can.
