I don't think it's a Spindle 'Red Cascade' or a Cotoneaster but would be grateful for any help in pinning it down!

It certainly looks like a kind of spindle, is this a picture taken now?
Looks like Euonymus japonicus ... the evergreen spindle.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I agree, definitely a Euonymus. Can't be more specific on the exact name, I only have variegated ones, sorry.
