Cala lilies coming up early

Hi we have always had a great display of Calla lilies. I cut them back this year and mulched as I always do. A couple of weeks ago just after the snow I noticed they were shooting up and were a couple of inches high. The weather has been unusually warm 11/12C. Some went to around 5 inches. They are wilting now and I'm worried I'll lose them. Dafs are coming up all over the garden already as well Should I remulch or cover them or is it too late. Thanks for any advice
