roses

I want to buy some roses. Where is a good place to get them from and what sort should I get?  I want floribunda, repeat flowering, disease resistant, no higher than 60cm and any colour but yellow. I will get a "Moment in Time" because they did very well at my last house. Any others as good as these? I'd be grateful for any advice, thanks.
