    Difficult to say how many eggs, hers have laid this lot in one clump.

    That's going to be a lot of giant snails to find homes for :o

    I doubt they’ll all be fertile but she’ll probably find homes for them,   Lot of people down her way seem to like them,  better use of a fish tank, IMO 😀

    After 13 days the African snails have started to hatched.

    That’s right Philippa, you only saw his shell I think,  his life wasn’t in vain, he made a lovely ornament at the edge of the pond😀

    Daughter is looking for homes for them, if you live in the Devon/Cornwall areas you’re welcome to one or two.

    Keep us updated as they grow. I'd love one if I was closer and hadn't given all my fish tanks away to make room for kids  :(

    They’re no trouble Philippa just chuck in a bit of cucumber and lettuce leaf every so often. 😀
