Sweet peas
I planted sweet peas in an unheated greenhouse in late October(as per Monty Dons suggestion ) and they are now growing away quite happily. What next ? Do I pinch out the growing tips or leave until Spring , before planting out when danger of frost is over ?

Yes - keep pinching them out so that you have bushy plants.
Harden off in late winter/spring and plant out. Sweet peas are really quite hardy, but if they've been growing undercover all winter, they need a bit of protection when you start putting them out. It's rough, wet and windy weather that's more of an issue than frost, but if you pop them somewhere sheltered that's perfect. Keep an eye out for slugs and snails as well, while they're little. It's that time of year when they're particularly attractive to them. Nice new soft growth.
Keep plenty of ventilation in the greenhouse too, so that they just have minimal cossetting
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Thanks very much that is really helpful. Wendy
