First try espalier

Hi all, i have recently planted some dwarf stock fruit trees and put up wires to train espalier. As this is the first time ive attempted anything like this, actually the first time ive ever planted anything, im sure im going to make numerous mistakes along the way. I was hoping some of you experienced gardeners would be able to take a look at my setup and point out any errors that I could 'nip in the bud'before they become irreparable? Any advice would be greatly appreciated from a true novice,
