Seed sowing

hi I have planted some perenials seeds and they were doing well when weather was warmer I have them in a free standing plastic cold frame against a brick wall  but some look like they are now dying off I have lined two sides with bubble wrap I dont know how to keep them growing

    If they're hardy they should be OK unless you're in a very cold area. Damp is a big problem if you don't ventilate. Wet is a bigger killer than cold.

    They won't grow much as the winter goes on.
