I bought a lemon tree about 18 months ago, I kept it outside in the summer and inside my heated (50F) greenhouse in the winter.
The new leaves (since I've bought it) look discoloured and not like the original ones, what do you think is going wrong – I attach a photo.

I don't see a photo. You may need to reduce the size for it to show up.
If your leaves are a lighter shade when young, it's normal, and once they mature they will turn into a darker shade. However, your leaves could be showing signs of not being fed enough during the growing season. You need to feed them a high nitrogen feed in the warmer months to keep them growing. Also, there is no need for the greenhouse to be heated either. A cool environment in the winter time would suit them better. Also, rain water is always better than tap water.
Hungry. Needs feeding as suggested above but I'd give it a feed of liquid tomato food or seaweed now to correct those pale leaves and then go to the nitrogen feeds from spring and into summer.

It’s not a “poor thing “, looks ok to me. Do as Obelix suggests and hopefully it’ll green up by spring. Don’t expect it to happen immediately.
