Cauliflower disease?

Hi, Im new to growing cauliflowers and I noticed last week my cauliflowers had developed spots all over them and some of the leaves were starting to die. I have removed the leaves that are affected but want to know what I’m looking at so I know whether  treat them with something? Can anyone help?
