Aeonium advice

I have dug out my Aeonium from a border and have placed it in a pot to go indoors for the winter. I don’t have a greenhouse so plan to leave it on the side in a utility room. Will this be ok?

Also three stems broke off while I was handling it. Can I use these to grow additional plants?

Yes and Yes.  Trim the broken shoots and pot them into gritty compost. Give them one watering and let drain. Then keep them on the dry side over winter.

I'd trim the foliage off apart from the top inch or so. I leave the stems dry for 24 hours to callous over and then pot them into gritty compost.
