Help wanted with another plant please

Following on from my previous post I've got another plant growing underneath the same tree that I'd also like help in identifying please. The foliage is a little like an iris and the berries have splayed in a similar style to iris petals, I didn't notice any flowers that preceded the berries. Thanks.

  • Perfect, thanks very much for your help on this one too image

I think it stays then and I'll look out for the flowers next year!

The flowers are not showy, but I think they're very beautiful ... some strains are quite violet/blue and some more yellowy ... mine are yellowish cream with violet/mauve veining ... and I love the way the orangey red berries just glow in low autumn light ... there's a clump behind the pond ... I can see them from my studio and they make me smile image

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
