Sphaeralcea - globe mallow

I have been playing my Geoff Hamilton DVDs whilst sewing and in one of his big pots he planted up a sphaeralcea or globe mallow.  It looks lovely and well suited to this new garden.

I can't find seeds online.  Does anyone grow this and if so was it bought as a plant or grown from seed and if so where from please?  Could I possibly beg some seeds as getting plants shopped from the UK is proving problematical.  Failing that I can maybe visit a good nursery on my next trip.
