Apologies for the delay ! A bright winter position for yours , not too much water (slightly damp) and an absolute minimum of 12-15 C ; tropical in origin so cannot tolerate any frost whatsoever . A heated greenhouse would cost a fortune ; have you a conservatory ?
Being a shrubby variety , maybe a light pruning in the spring to tidy it up ?
I have a standard one, about 4 years old now and it is quite happy in my back porch, a sort of adjunct to the dining room which is light and well heated.
I find the heating makes for dry air and means it likes more water than you would expect, so keep an eye on the leaves for signs of drying - they go a bit duller and less green when it's ready for a drink. Mine is in quite gritty soil but with a shallow saucer so it can't get waterlogged. It spent part of the summer outside and then was in the GH, very happy, but it was starting to get cold at night and there was the storm due, so I brought it in. It usually carries on flowering inside once it has adjusted.
It takes quite readily from softwood cuttings, but it is best to do this in the summer. At this late hour I would dig up the whole plant, getting as much root as you can, pot it up and keep it warm and sunny. It's a pretty tough character, even a weed here in Brazil, so you stand a good chance. Good luck. Ian

PS :- As an afterthought , they are toxic to animals !
To summarise my answer , not much help really !
