Lifting gladioli

I'm confused I've seen lot of advice but none are clear

My gladioli leaves are still green but getting late in season worried about frosts I have lifted

Do I chop off green foliage then dry off corms or dry with leaves on and chop off when dry?

In the days when I grew them I dried the gladioli by tying a string around the leaves of a bunch of then and hung them in a dry airy frost free shed ... so I'd leave the leaves on image

Me too. Keep the leaves until they have dried off and naturally detach.
