Does anyone know what this is i can't seem to find anything like it on the website the plant is out doors i have had it abo three years it is quite tall
It's not a cheeseplant (Monstera deliciosa), it's a Fatsia ... either Fatsia japonica or Fatsia x hedera, and those are the flowers .
Please leave the flowers on it, they are a useful source of food for any insects that are still flying.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
