I have neglected this Rosemary for a long time, and would like to rejuvenate it .. I'm pretty sure the variety is either Tuscan or Sudbury blue. The shape is not how I'd like it, it probably needs repotting, any advice on what I can do with it now ?

Take a few cuttings now, should have some new plants in the spring. If pruning doesn't work you've got replacements.
