Hi, does anyone else grow apricots in a pot. My hubby loves apricots. Could i grow one in a good size pot in Norfolk?

The variety on GW this week was 'Compacta' https://www.orangepippintrees.co.uk/apricot-trees/compacta-apricot .
I know someone in Lincolnshire who grows apricots in the garden but not in containers. However, 'Compacta' seems to have been developed specifically for container cultivation.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
