A friend has sent me this photo of a houseplant that she was given in a plant swap, but she doesn't know what it is. Are any of you able to identify it, please?
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

It's a Haemanthus albiflos or Paintbrush. Just about the easiest plant you can have in the house. They thrive on neglect and can live for many years.

And easy to propagate, by just taking off new plantlets as they appear.
If I remember correctly, they are somehow related to the Amaryllis!
