Japanese Aralia indoor drooping

Hi. My indoor Japanese Aralia leaves drooping. It gets a bit of sun at the eindow and about a cup of water every weak. Please help

Thank. I also noticed that the plant had a brown powder like covered on stems en some of the leaves
