This thing is now moving, has a head poking out from what is now a fuzzy top! Help!!!

No need for help ... it's a moth or butterfly chrysalis where the caterpillar is changing into a butterfly or moth ... the adult will emerge looking very odd but it'll hang on the branch of your tree and pump up it's wings and then it'll be beautiful ... have your camera ready
