Citrus tree lost all its leaves

I got this citrus tree from work, it had been standing in water and had lost all its leaves but it is not dead, it’s now Oct I I was thinking of repotting it and giving it some winter feed. Can you give me any advice, if i should repot or not

pansyface is 100% correct , and there is no point in feeding during the winter (should it still be alive) ; this can only lead to weakened growth due to poor light levels  .

If alive , keep just damp through the winter and in the brightest possible place . Should you have access to a greenhouse or conservatory , it should thrive given plenty of sunlight , fresh air and low nitrogen plant food .

PS :- The second paragraph applies to next summer !

  • Thank you for your response to my poor citrus tree, I have repotted it and put it in the conservatory, although the roots didn’t look dead because it has no leaves the tree certainly does, when if alive do you think a sign of life will showimage
