Fence colour

Still trying to decide on a colour for my fencing n pergular to match in with my lig fence...has anyine ever used gentle willow n if so what did it look like..please be gentle with me as iv only git slight vusion so im struggling with colours..its to match with these logs...all suggestions are apprecuated xx...image

    Hi Adele - have you a pic of the whole area? It would let us see how the logs work with anything else you have round it  image

    I think it depends on what you want to achieve - whether you want the logs to tone in and 'disappear' or if you want a good contrast.

    I've used a willow colour in my garden. I painted a bench, and a screen I've made which sits behind my little pond. I use black as a contrast.  The garden is a mix of structural raised beds and borders,  with some softer planting

    A contrast would look much better IMHO, it would highlight the natural logs.
