HELP: ID plant and tips

Good evening,

I bought this plant a week ago but over the weekend, it started to wilt. I'm not so sure about the species of this plant so I'm also uncertain if i'm watering too much/little, or if it should be in the shade or direct sunlight... image

Would greatly appreciate some help please! Thank you.

It looks a bit like the Marsh Pennywort, Hydrocotyle Vulgaris. They need boggy wet conditions. I think over water than under water.

Marsh pennywort is a native wild plant that grows in boggy conditions.  It may also be deciduous in which case it won't make a good house plant.  It could also be Hydrocotyle ranunculoides which has larger, usually floating leaves and is proving to be an aggressive alien invader.
