Please help! Shrub Identification
I have recently moved into a new house and the builders planted some things in the front garden. This is one of the plants which i am struggling to identify! I'm not sure if I am very keen on it so debating if I should take it out or not. But would like to research it first to see what it's like at other times of the year! Thank you in advance.
