Hi
Planted leeks about 4 months ago but they still do not seem to very big.How long do I leave them so that they do not rot in this weather?

Leeks are hardy winter vegetables ... they'll be fine ... they'll survive rain, snow, wind, frost ... you name it and they'll be fine.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
