Passionfruit wilting

Planted this frederick passionfruit about three weeks ago and its starting to wilt.  It has direct watering from a bubbler once a day for three minutes and soil is moist around base, gets full sun for 80% of the day.  The fruit is starting to wrinkle up as well so I'm concerned!

I was very careful not to disturb the roots too much when planting, and mixed in EB Stone organic "sure start" with the native soil around the plant.

Thoughts or recommendations?

    I'd stop the daily watering.

    In the sticks near Peterborough
  • Ah ok -- I've read a lot of places that they require a lot of water... I took that to mean daily watering.  I'll give it a shot and see what happens!  It is cooling off here so maybe the plant is reacting to that as well (never drops below 50 degrees F though at night...).
