Can anyone tell me the name of this tree? The previous owner of the property, who had lived here for nearly 60 year didn't know what it was. So are there any tree experts out there who can solve the mystery? Thank you for your help in advance.

It looks like Sorbus x intermedia...Swedish whitebeam.
Does it have red berries?

Unfortunately it doesn't have red berries.
