Identify a shrub please

Would anyone know what this shrub is please? It doesn't look to healthy now. It is about six feet high . Thanks

    It looks a Fraxinus australis.- the Australian Ash.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist ;)  It's just a common Ash seedling.

    Thanks WillDB . Wish it was as exotic as it sounds , out it comes , much too big .
