Does someone know what this is please?
Does anyone know what this shrub is please. I have lived here a year and it didn't flower at all last year. It is huge and has obviously been neglected a bit. I was going to chop it down to help it but it decided to show some flowers this year so I have left it until the flowers die off. Please help! Many thanks.
