if you intend to grow brasicas in the same place next year would suggest that apart from a good feeding as a lot of people have suggested,a sprinkling of lime would be beneficial and help adjust the problem of acidity.
The plants look a bit too near to me and you would probarly do better to grow less plants at wider apart all the cabbage family will grow bigger the further apart you grow them,
also i think your ground looks a bit too acid to grow really good plants but that can easily be rectified with lime.

If the pheasants or pigeons find those brassicas they'll be nothing left by the time you notice and put the netting back.
