Hi. Does anyone know what this bug is? I've a few on my runner beans. Thanks.

  • Thanks. Found it on the British Bugs web site. It is indeed one of the shield bugs. It's a final instar nymph.

    Not seen one like that either, although there was a little green one by the pond yesterday. I had to be careful  when I was moving gravel and rocks around in case I squished him  image

  • Think that one's dressed up for Strickly Fairy ... that looks like the bug equivalent of spray tan and glitterimage
