Sometimes an unheated greenhouse can 'feel' colder than outdoors in winter ; the chill of the glass I think . However , the main positive is the protection from dessicating cold winds .
If it being kept in the house over winter then it will need a little water. Even in the summer watering once a month is too little if it is in a sunny window. And no feeding required.

As I have already said, mine is in the house all year round, on a soutth facing windowsill of an unheated room, gets not a single drop of water from 1st October to 1 of March, is given an occasional diluted tomato feed in the summer and flowers every single year.
Perhaps I'm lucky, perhaps that's the right thing to do?
