  • You can hire jackhammers cheaply - try someone like Jewson hire. It looks like a sedimentary type rock Formed in layers so - and I am guessing- a jackhammer would be able to break this up quite easily. For £20 or £30 it could be worth a go.

    I would not try to move it. I am sure you could find plants or mosses or such to cover it and make a feature of it. it would save a lot of time.

    I would like to know what sort of rock it is.
